Excellent jazz groove album from this obscure band. Sounds similar sometimes to the early / mid 70’s Ramsey Lewis, but I would say this is tougher, stronger, and deeper. Subtle groove with flute and abstract hip hop LOOPs on “New Spaces”… The entire LP is very solid, with good groove on “Electric Lush”, “Past Days” and “Reaching”. Heavily influenced by Herbie Hancock and his Headhunters.
