Back in stock ! A pop groove effort from David Perian aka Paul Guiot, on this cult French library label. I am not sure if Alberto Baldan Bembo is involved in this…but it has his touch. “Perpetual beat” is a killer mid tempo groove, “Beat In Pop” is uptempo and very funky, “Rock Blues Timing” and “Mon soleil et moi” have both the pop sound with female humming vocals, while “Tampico Beat” has a latin flavour and female vocals, too. And there are three other funky pop tunes with lovely breaks on this album : “Le bal des vampires”, “Pop idée fixe” and “Electric Baldan Piano”. Good LP, and I am not asking a silly price !
