Seldom seen ! I finally managed to put a hand on this marvelous record again ! This is a late and unknown soundtrack by the genius Jean-Claude Vannier, the master of the arrangements on all the best Gainsbourg productions. After listening to the music below, you will probably think that it sounds very close to Serge’s “Melody Nelson”, with its sensual groove and oriental strings patterns. There’s another great track on this album, psychedelic / groovy pop that seems similar to the library album “Patchwork n°1” Vannier did in the early 70’s… Don’t sleep !
