Wow ! This is a remarkable, yet unknown, creole slam album from an underrated French Antilles poet. My favourite track here is quite similar in the intention to Alfred Panou and his “Je suis un sauvage” (funkier, though), or some tracks by Erick Cosaque. Engaged and ironical lyrics, and it is so groovy ! The rest of the album sounds like the good parts of Francis Bebey, if you know what i mean… Excellent discovery !
