Wow ! I first found this album during my second trip to India, more than 16 years ago, and have been stunned by the funkiness of Kalyanji & Anandji’s young brother Babla. I have put the tune “Babla’s Theme” on a comp in 2002 (“The Urge”) because it had a James Brown / JB’s feel, something that reminded “Hot Pants Road”… The rest of te LP is solid too, and it’s only instrumental. Ultra hard to find, especially in good shape.
