A cult -but seldom seen- Italian erotic soundtrack, released on the cult label Beautiful Black Butterfly (BBB), based in Naples. It was a small label and the restricted distribution probably explains the rarity of this album. Anyway, the sound here is excellent, stunning funky jazz with eletronics, harpsichord and female scats. Top tracks are “Sacrifice / Cruauté mortelle” (it really has something to do with a psycho version of François de Roubaix), “Love Theme from Tecnica di un amore”, “Yorko Love Theme”, “Sinfonie d’été”… If you like Lesiman, Piero Piccioni, Gian Carlo Barigozzi or Alessandro Alessandroni, this might be for you… Beautiful -and very very sexy- gatefold cover.
